'Space Sensation' is a funk-dripping, spy thriller of a track featuring car chase energy and a driving bassline always pushing things on. A Moonraker breakdown, including a Shirley Bassey-esque vocal, is pretty interesting and then it's foot on the pedal again for full thrust. 'Loverman' is a sexy little funker, all B-line and soul strings before an underdeveloped vocal comes in and the whole thing expands into epic disco. ILLICIT feat Shannon: PULSATION

illicit present their debut release on 99 North entitled "Pulsation", featuring the vocals of Shannon, the singer on the eighties classic "Let The Music Play". It comes with two mixes, the A-side is a mix dripping with retro-electro style, whilst the flip takes on a more funky housed-up approach.

Canadian duo M1 come up with a brilliant retro-electro funkster in "Electronic Funk". Complete with a deep 'n' lovely Roger Sanchez mix, the much-buzzed-up Kevin Johnson mix and the unbeatable funkiness of Dillon and Dickins!
